Our commitment

Our customers rely on Loci to power critical work, and we are dedicated to building a platform that they can trust and rely on. We have taken comprehensive measures to ensure that your assets are secure with Loci, across our application, user network, data center, and network layers. These measures include:

Confidentiality
Every Loci team member is required to sign and abide by an industry standard confidentiality agreement in order to work at the company. We also require confidentiality agreements with our vendors.

Background checks
We perform background checks on each of our new team members, in accordance with local laws.

Cloud & data hosting security
All of our services are hosted with Amazon Web Services (AWS). All of our data is also hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) databases. Amazon has a robust security program with multiple certifications. For more information, please visit AWS.

SOC Compliance
Our team is pursuing SOC Type I & II Compliance and adheres to these standards, but is not yet certified.

Roles and Responsibilities
Roles and responsibilities related to our Information Security Program and the protection of our customer’s data are well defined and documented. Our team members are required to review and accept all of the security policies.

Security Awareness Training
Our team members are required to go through employee security awareness training covering industry standard practices and information security topics such as phishing and password management.
